NSREC Outstanding Student Paper for Alexandre Le Roch

Alexandre Le Roch, president of the IEEE Student Branch of ISAE-SUPAERO has been rewarded for his collaboration as the co-author on the paper entitled: "Total Ionizing Dose Radiation-Induced Dark Current Random Telegraph Signal in Pinned Photodiodes CMOS Image Sensors". As Clémentine Durnez, the first author, he received the outstanding student paper distinction at the Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects Conference (NSREC) supported by the NPSS IEEE Chapter held in Hawaii in July 2018.
